“As a first time customer, my experience was excellent! I was greeted warmly the moment I entered the establishment. The front desk staff were very pleasant and kind. The waiting area was clean and inviting. The process of getting established as a first time patient was easy and smooth. The dental hygienist was also very warm, friendly, and competent. I cannot recall a more thorough job being done during an assessment and cleaning. After the cleaning, Dr. VanDyk came in to check on me. She was also extremely warm, friendly, and personable. She did an exam and asked appropriate questions. I’ve been going to the dentist regularly for a very long time—this experience was the best I’ve ever had! ”
